Changing your Firmvault POP/IMAP Password

To change your email password if you’re using Firmvault mail, log in to https://my.firmvault.com and choose the context menu top right next to your name.

Choose “Settings”, and then “Change Password”.

Log in at https://my.firmvault.com and choose “Change Password” under Settings.

You can now enter your new password. Enter your current password, and then your new password, repeating it in the last box. Please be sure to make your new password conform to the security requirements. You’ll find the details of the security requirements if you click the link to “View Password Requirements”.
